We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number 731155. We act as a broker, introducing clients to lenders and financial products.

Our Services & Broker Status

Fees, Commission & Charges

• Arrangement Fee Payable to us when a lender issues a finance offer we have presented. The standard fee is 1% of the loan amount and is payable within 14 days of the lender’s offer.
• Commission We may receive commission from lenders. The existence and nature of commission—where it varies by lender, product or other permissible factors—will be disclosed to you (for example in our Suitability Letter) and may influence our recommendations only insofar as permitted by regulation.

Client Responsibilities

• You agree to act with utmost good faith in providing accurate and complete information to us when making an enquiry or application.
• You agree to tell us if you appoint another broker/intermediary while we are acting for you.
• Finance offers are subject to lender underwriting and may require supporting documents, valuations, guarantees or insurances.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We store data on UK-based encrypted cloud servers and may share data with lenders and credit reference agencies to assess applications and prevent fraud.

Complaints

We are a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) and follow its Code of Practice. If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details below. If we cannot resolve your complaint and you are eligible, you may refer it to the
